Hello!! Pronounmail.com is an email and webhosting service, among other things. Naturally, we need to store some data about you to make this work.

Data we collect

We collect your IP address whenever you: visit pronounmail.com's website; visit any of the user-created websites hosted on the pronounmail.com servers; and when you log into the mail server or access the secure shell.

We also collect some analytics when you visit Pronounmail homepage. This data is publicly viewable and the name of your browser, operating system, country (based on your IP address) and what pages you visit. You can opt out of this data being collect by disabling JavaScript in your browser. We do not use tracking cookies or anything silly like that.

How long we keep it for

• Any files you store on the pronounmail.com server are retained indefinately.
• Emails are also retained indefinately.
• IP addresses are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

How to delete your data

You can permanently delete files from the Pronounmail server using the rm command in the shell, and delete emails using the appropriate button your mail client. For anything else, please email us.
